Terms & Conditions

In order to offer the best value for money we are required to impose the following Terms and Conditions:

Payment - Payment for services provided must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt of Invoice. Failure to do so will attract a penalty charge of of 10% of the Invoice total per week, or part week.

Copyright - It is the responsibility of the client to obtain copyright clearance for the use of any text or graphics, supplied to Office Wizard by the client, for use in their website or any other publication.

Internet Services - Our Business Internet Services are hosted by DSVR (Designer Servers), and as such all website content and usage must meet their Terms of Business quoted on their website.
Our Broadband Service is provided by PlusNet and as such any contract for service is made with PlusNet and not Office Wizard and is detailed in the General Terms & Conditions for PlusNet Services.

Online Shop - all products are subject to availability, any out of stock items will be notified to you after placing your order with an estimated delivery date and option to cancel your order.
